Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Here's how it breaks down: 3–5 business days for production (each piece is made to order to ensure quality) and 4–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

We'll send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you haven't received a tracking email or have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us at support@glamwallart.com with your order number and we'll be happy to help.

Yes — completely. All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your purchase price. We ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means we handle all customs clearance on your behalf. There is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives at your door — just enjoy your new artwork.

Yes — and it's simple. Your order includes the aluminium frame, the fabric print, all necessary tools, and clear step-by-step instructions. Everything clicks together with ease.

Everything you need is included in the box — screws, wall anchors, and a spirit level for easy alignment.
Before you start, just check that the wall anchors suit your wall type (plasterboard, brick, concrete, etc.). If you’re unsure, your local hardware store can point you to the right fittings in seconds.

Our fabric prints are low-maintenance and built to last. A gentle wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all you need to keep things looking fresh.
Avoid using water, cleaning sprays, or abrasive materials directly on the print. Keep your art out of direct, prolonged sunlight to preserve the colours over time.
If you ever want a new look, simply swap out the GlamFab Print — the frame stays on the wall.

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, so changes and cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. To request a change or cancellation, please email us at support@glamwallart.com with your full name, order number, and the email address used for the order.
