1. About Us
Glam Wall Art ("GWA", "we", "us", "our") is an Australian business offering made-to-order wall art and related products via glamwallart.com (the "Site").
2. Eligibility
To place an order with us, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide complete and accurate personal and payment details.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products & Orders
Made-to-Order Production
All products are made to order and handcrafted with care once an order has been placed.
Natural Variations
Minor differences in colour, tone, texture and scale may occur due to materials, printing processes and screen display settings. These variations are normal characteristics of printed artwork and are not considered defects. Please refer to our Colour Disclaimer for more information.
Dimensions
Listed dimensions are approximate. Please allow a manufacturing tolerance of ±10 mm.
Usage
Unless otherwise stated, our artwork is intended for indoor use only and should be kept away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity and heat sources to maximise its lifespan.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, product availability issues or suspected misuse of the Site.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are displayed in the applicable currency based on your location and delivery address. Available currencies include Australian Dollars (AUD), US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) and New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
- Prices may change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, the purchase price is fixed.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges.
5. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.
- We work with trusted courier partners including DHL, FedEx and Australia Post. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, redirection or address changes.
- Where an Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected, or a courier applies a safe-drop service, risk passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the nominated address.
- Title to the goods passes upon full payment. Risk transfers upon delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
As all Glam Wall Art products are made to order, returns are subject to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Key conditions include:
- Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in resalable condition and securely repacked in the original (or equivalent) protective packaging.
- Custom Prints, Gift Cards, Final Sale items and other excluded products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 5% processing fee.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges are only available for products confirmed as damaged or defective.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun or the order has been shipped.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including artwork, images, logos, text, graphics and website design, is owned by or licensed to Glam Wall Art and is protected under Australian and international intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glam Wall Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our products or this Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Privacy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on this Site.
