Before You Buy

At Glam Wall Art, we want you to love your artwork. Every piece is made to order using premium materials and crafted with care.

If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read the information below before requesting a return.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Be securely packed in the original (or equivalent) protective packaging.

Important: Please take extra care when repackaging your return. If an item is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom Prints
  • Used items
  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale items
  • Products excluded in promotional Terms & Conditions
  • Items previously returned (one return per order)

Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 5% processing fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom Prints
  • Gift Cards

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide photos of:

  • Front and back of the artwork
  • Front and back of the frame (if applicable)
  • Front and back of the shipping carton
  • Internal protective packaging
  • All contents received
  • Shipping label

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged or defective.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide the photos listed in Section 3.

Once approved, we'll send a replacement product or replacement part at no additional cost.

6. Return Instructions

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Care team for return approval.

When returning an item:

  • Use a trackable shipping service.
  • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, less a 5% processing fee.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun or the order has been shipped.

8. Colour Disclaimer

Slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions and printing processes.

While we strive to reproduce colours as accurately as possible, minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

If colour accuracy is important for your project, please contact us before placing your order.
